OPaL Design Build created this one-of-a-kind home, lovingly nicknamed “the DC Tiny Home,” to fit the 450 square foot triangular lot in the Dupont Circle of DC that had remained vacant for decades. To honor its unmatched creativity, General Shale submitted the project as a candidate for the 2024 Wienerberger Brick Awards, an internationally established award commemorating outstanding brick architecture. Watsontown Brick truly proved to be the perfect solution for this creative design.
